Walking around the neighbourhood this afternoon we saw the following:
A Honda Odyssey was backed into a driveway with a slight slope down to the street (i.e., the van was facing "downhill"). The right rear tire & wheel were off; it looked like brake work was in progress. For safety, a wheel chock had been carefully placed BEHIND the right front wheel.
We kept walking, maybe a little quicker.

I am sure the chock manufacturer failed to be clear and therefore negligent.

I am sure Honda, the brake, wheel, and tire manufacturer, and anything related to the name Odyssey are guilty as well.
My biggest concern would be someone of that caliber working on BRAKES ???
I would be watching out for that minivan for a while...

If he does sue Homer maybe he will win this car.
