So the boy has a wonky noggin. He has to wear a nylon helmet to reshape his head. White and plain Jane. I've seen a few decorations, tie-dye, aviator, etc...
Well, why not treat it like a toolbox, or race car and sticker bomb it?
That's where I'd need your help. I don't have alot of stickers, especially smaller ones that will fit his helmet. Any chance you'd like to add about 50 to 70 horsepower?
My daughter had the same helmets.
We flamed one with sharpie. Another was pink polkadots.
Send me your address and maybe some size dimensions.
Esseeno at gmail.
I'll try to scale down that massive akira I did for you, but I also have quite the bombing collection
I might have a few small skateboard stickers. Send address to

if you want some.
The buddy had one too. He was really good about wearing it. We kept it plain because we were under the impression that he might need to be fitted for another very soon.
We were concerned that keeping it on was going to be difficult, but it was surprisingly easy to get him to wear it. The worst part was the office visits every couple of weeks at less than easy times.
Ideas...
In reply to John Welsh :
Oh yeah. The visits. I'm pretty sure an F-18 in full afterburner is quite. Good thing I'm deaf already.
I put a sti ker on wrong, and it pealed back surprisingly easy. Might be able to transfer them to a new one if necessary.

For dimensions, no higher than an inch and a half. Length, roughly the same. His head isnt Sputnik sized yet.

My stuff.....won't work. They're all designed to be a minimum of about 4" across. Weeding it thinner would be a nightmare.

Not gonna lie..... Had no idea this was a thing till 30 seconds ago. Send me your address. I'll open the ol sticker box.
I don't have any small stickers but I'm interested in how this works. Is the helmet customized to each head? Kinda like braces are to teenagers? How do they adjust it? New helmet? Heat it up and move it? Break out the grinder? Man I didn't know about these and I have so many questions. I know I wore leg braces when I was that age so I think that's where my curiosity comes from.

Customized to each with cool 3D imagining...
Adjust via grinding from the inside where/when possible. If grinding can not continue the second helmet molded/fitted.
In depth
You have to get these on the kids early. Reason being that kids' heads double in size quickly but then they grow slowly after that. If you can get it on before the head doubles in size, the intention is not that this puts any pressure on the head but rather you want it to act like a jello mold so that the "doubled size" grows in the shape you want it to rather than the shape it is taking on it own.
We did this with one of our kids and it was a waste.
But I added racing stripes with black and red electrical tape and that at least made it a little cooler while he wore it!

Our results did not equal what we had hoped for. But, in his case it was 100% insurance covered and we were doing/trying everything we could.

You know, if these has been a thing in the early 80s, I probably woulda had one.
So, the flat spots creating a Klingon-like peak on the top of my head isn't perfectly normal? Huh...
Paul Components! That kid has a bright future.
