Need help from the GRM brain trust. How do I fix the concrete erosion in the corner of the foundation of my garage? I fixed the hole, one sill, replacing the other sill, and installed a french drain already

I bought a house in July. The house is in great shape, the garage on the other hand had some wierd stuff going on. I had to evict a cat that took a little while, and then I wanted to remove the toilet to install my compressor instead. I haven't had the need for a toilet in the garage yet, but the bathroom would be a perfect place for the 60gal compressor. Problem is that the toilet was on a raised wooden floor.

I remove the toilet, tear up the floor hoping to find concrete like the rest of the garage, but I find this instead. ~3-4 feet deep, dirt floor.

After some debate, I capped the septic and stand pipes, cut and capped the water pipe, filled the hole with gravel, and 6" concrete slab over the top, tying into the good foundation on the exterior.

Now that that's done, I can get on with replacing the rotten sill. I replaced the sill that's 12 o'clock, just outside of the picture, but the sill on the right wall is kiddie cornered in when I went to go replace that one. I fought with it last weekend and threw in the towel for the week. I go out today to finish the job and noticed a fresh pile of conrete on the ground. I knew it was erroded, but never knew how badly.

How do I fix it? I was thinking that I'm going to have to dig up, build a form, backfill to hold the form, finish removing the sill, fill with concrete from the inside, float it to the same level as the good part of the sill, wait for it to cure, install sill, drink beer. Thoughts/suggestions?
