I think you are looking for a drive like these for your boat. Such things have been around a while, so the idea may be useful for fleabay search terms. Just FYI in case you were unaware or if you could buy just a couple replacement parts and build your own rig.

Ooooh.... Good find! I wonder what the engine is. Looks like a 295cc single cylinder. I kind of expected more than 15 hp from something that size... (translated, I can hot rod it to 20hp easy) :)
