That's pretty awesome.
And I hope they went and got some well-earned decent beers after turning 50 of those awful things into frothy puddles...
Brilliant. I seem to recall that a lot of beer ads in the 1970s were guys out camping, and tossing them back & forth to each other. I always wondered why there wasn't foam everywhere..
If you had an extra $20 left over after buying beer that you'd actually want to drink, that would be a fun way to spend an afternoon.
Shoot I drank a hell of a lot of Old Milwaukee in my day .... tried not to spill any of it .... think alcohol abuse

We've started drinking OM up here, good garage beer. Rarely do I discriminate against a beer, unless it is a wheat beer (or anything with a fruity/sweet taste to it, this is beer for cryin' out loud).
Speaking of which, it's time to go down the river... wonder what beer I'll drink?! Might have to toss a couple cans back and forth for good measure
Drank OM in Starkville, MS about 25yrs ago..when the beer referendum finally passed, the city fathers freaked. No dancing where beer was served, bars had to have %50 profit as food sales, and..
Had to be sold warm in the supermarket/convenience stores. We drank OM because we thought it tasted the same warm as it did cold.
