I share this room with my kids and thier xbox. I bought a few car themed decks to hang on the wall. I threaten my wife that I am going to buy all of the remanufactured oldschool decks and hang them in our hallway. She does not like this idea. Anyone else a skateboard fan?
Those are cool. I'm not a board guy but I appreciate the art involved in a lot of the decks. For another take on skateboard art, look up a guy called Built by Basil. He takes old decks and cuts them up, dyes the parts, then glues it all back together to make shift knobs on a lathe. Gorgeous stuff.
Those are really cool! I can totally picture using that in a Porsche 912 or similar.
I have a coaster for my desk made out of recycled decks.
He isn't the only one doing recycled skateboard stuff.
I still have my first couple skateboard completes hanging in the garage. Before I got married they were over the mantle but the bachelor pad ways got overruled.
1st board: Blind Jason Lee deck, Cadillac trucks, 43 (!) mm spitfires. This was 1992.
Have some hanging in my office as well. I bought the white one when I was in high school.
How about living room skateboard art?
I definitely can't afford the originals, but G&S is doing some nice reissues of Neil Blender art. They're actually screen printed, too.

I used to skate back in the day, but I haven't been on a board in about 5 years due to health issues. That doesn't mean I can't have some skate art!
I was gifted a bunch of car-related Deathwish decks a couple years ago from a friend that does clean-outs, and they are hanging out in the garage. They are pretty cool; I guess they are part of their "Creeps" line from a few years back and emulate the old Ed Roth cartoons. I have the Greco (blue one), the Lizard (purple one), and the team (white one). I like the Team one the best. How freaking rad are these?
I also have a fully functioning Deathwish deck to go with those, and my old OG Powell Peralta Cab Dragon deck in the garage. I really should display them better.
