How to add cars to your Garage on GRM Forum

Hi all, I am new here, and I am building an Autocross car which is detailed in the build forum. So far so good seems that there is some love for oddball and off the wall stuff here in addition to the m3's e30's and LS Swaps.

So I go to my forum garage user/ profile panel to set up my garage and I get this:

I think I can use the web beyond a 2 year old... but I am missing something, or there is a little bug on the GRM forum, or Maybe some admin Has to approve Noob's before putting stuff in the garage?

any help is appreciated.
