We have some flooding already, some power outages, and a few wrecks.
Be careful and stay safe.
Didnt even get an inch from ts lee, just a buch of wind that's set off wild fires all over. Texas is in a bad way right about now

Not sure, but my dog's narrative ability is limited to "give me your people food"
We leave for the Watkins Glen vintage festival tomorrow in the g/f's 1800ES. So of course it will rain for the whole trip... At least we won't be in the Spitfire again...
We where just about finished on challenge paint car and sack of joe wee ah we had a band come thru . We are on the west coast of Florida
Man I just wish we could get some rain, just about any amount. We are at quite a bit less than half the amount we normally get and in some parts of the state they haven't even gotten close to a half an inch this whole year.
I had really decided rain was figment of my imagination, kinda like sex with a really hot girl!
We ran plenty of hardener this was a good bit after we stopped painting we still had to dent a 12 pak
here in WNC we're getting quite a lot.... nowhere near what the doom sayers were predicting ... we'll probably end up with 2 - 3" .... but it's been on and off ... occasionally heavy but for the most part just nice steady rain....
seems most storms ( summer or winter ) that come up from the gulf tend to veer to the west of the state line mountains and end up hitting Tenn instead of us... if somehow they do slide east they often hit Greenville / Spartanburg and move on towards Charlotte ... kinda nice living in this area
Oh Lord. I've been through a lot of storms, but Lee dumped some rain down. We were about a foot behind on rain for the year. Not anymore. We got 11.5 inches of rain over these three days. Some good flooding in areas, some tornadoes spun up and off in search of a trailer park, but overall nothing too terribly severe.
Glad to have it, but I bet anything my basement has water in it, and the dang grass will start growing again now. :(
What rain? We have a huge wildfire near my house here on the west coast. Right about now is when I usually break into my "wish I were back in Texas" wistfulness, but heck, Texas has been burning lately as well.
It is starting to add up. The entire area is in flash flood warning/state of emergency. My inlaws are on the verge of evacuating.
I'm just glad that the way our land sits our house stays dry. That said, our driveway is washed out, and the yard is flooded the worst it has ever been.
It's been raing for about two weeks. On a good note I learned that with the wipers on and you stop at a light, the wipers go to intermiitant flapping. Once you move forward they go back to das drizzle-flappen. (German car)

The ducks seem happy, I just wish they weren't in my living room. We have a leak in the roof I can't find and everyone I've called has been tied up. Everyday I have to take a different route to and from work as roads flood all around the area.
We're used to rain in the mid-Atlantic area (I'm 50 miles north of Philly). We get those "Nor'easters" in the winter and such. But I have to say this past few weeks have been unbelievable. I don't know what the total is, but I can't remember the last time it was like this. I have an above ground pool. Right before Irene came, I opened the filter inlet to drain the water down. Last night, the pool was full again already.
I'm just looking for a bunch of hot women that I can bring to the house. My backyard would be perfect for female mud Wrestlemania!
In Cincinnati, a drizzle of rain = 45 minutes of delay on the freeway, pileups, and general hysteria. I hate Ohios sh_tty drivers license requirements...jeeeezus
