I am a father!

Had a healthy baby girl on Wednesday. She was 6lbs. 15oz and had a full head of hair! Unfortunately we are still at the hospital. The fiancee is having some complications from the birth, but once the doctor decides to show up today and clear her we can finally take her home. She did have her first picture taken with some GRM swag, the MIL just needs to send me the photos. Kelly Lynn is the name.

The adventure begins! She looks hale and hearty. I hope all is well with your fiancee. Remember: people successfully raised babies in caves for hundreds of thousands of years. She is not going to die from everything - babies look delicate, but they are more resilient than they appear. Just take good care, but don't panic as long as she is warm and breathing.

Yay! Baby! I freaking loved new babies. Have fun. Sleep whenever you can.

TAKE LOTS OF PIX!! and keep taking them every day week what ever. They grow up so fast. My older kids I have very few photos of them due to the digital camera not being invented yet. Where as my younger kids I have boatloads of photos. It is fun t remember.

I'll never forget standing over my first daughter in the crib sleeping like an angel. I thought, "She might be the first woman to walk on Mars." Dunno where that came from, but the point is that kids are a blank canvas that holds all the wonder and possibilities in the world...

Thanks everyone! Very much appreciated! Words def can't explain the feelings. They released the fiancee tonight which was unexpected but I'm not complaining. We haven't gotten married yet because she wants to wait to have the real wedding which has been planned for April 26th since before the baby was conceived. Believe me I want to, that would equal dependent pay when I'm orders haha.

I've been taking pictures like crazy, same with the MIL and SIL. She is just so darn cute and I never thought I would be so excited and happy about this.
