So, fess up, who else has them? Anyone want to go do some drinking at EPCOT during the Flower and Garden festival? There seems to be a good beer list this year. We're going down tomorrow, but to MK, not EPCOT.
Now, out of you that do have them, how many of you either put up no protest from the significant other (me), or just bought them on their own? Forced? How about gotten a stamp that says you can't come back?
Folks have had unlimited passes for years, I finally used mine up the last trip down.
No I don't have a pass, but we just booked a trip there in early October. My two boys have never been to see the fat rat, and my wife and I haven't been since our honeymoon 15 years ago. This time we are staying in the park instead of in Kissimee(sp?). I hope the kids have fun.
I have them. With three kids and living in Florida, it was a no brainer for me.

We have them. My wife's idea, but a good way to keep a 7 and 11 yr old entertained I guess. We go mainly in the evenings about 2-3 times a month. I do insist on some heavy self-medication before we go. The worst part for me is the smell of old sweat and feces on the monorails, I want to bathe myself in bleach after riding them
I'd have em if I lived there. I love all the weird E36 M3 they hide in that place.
in all the years we have been here (Orlando) we have considered it but never bothered. For FL residents I think it ends up being about $240 per person for a year. Always seen to find something else to spend that money on.
They do them on payment plans now. Pay a one day pass, then finance the rest for 11 months at zero percent interest. We'd probably be there a couple of times a week if we didn't live 2 hours away.
If you don't like the monorail, take the boat to MK, and just park at EPCOT. Easy way to avoid them. I do find them rather clean compared to real mass transit trains, though.
Since I live in PA not something I'd normally get. Though I have to say I hate the way they have their ticket plans laid out. I'm taking my family down there in June. We're staying for 2 weeks. The longest pass Disney will sell me is a 10 day pass. They told me that if I wanted anything longer, I'd need to buy a season pass. That's hundreds of dollars more per person, just for 4 more days. Yet the difference between a 6 day pass and a 10 day pass is something like $30 per person. 
I would, but the commute from Pittsburgh is a little rough.

Sorry. No passes. I just bought another kayak, though. (...which probably cost less than the passes.) Let me know if you want to chase some alligators while you're in the middle of the state.....

I might take you up on that offer. I've been wanting to go out to some of the islands in the river here, as I've never explored the river, and I've lived on it my whole life and my dad used to be a commercial fisherman and worked the river. They don't even have a boat that floats anymore.
I need to build a roof rack for the Honda so I can carry our kayak around.

Wha?! You must have had the misfortune of visiting right after the Homeless Winos Convention. I was impressed with how clean and tidy literally EVERYTHING is at Disney.
we used to have the annual pass until it broke the $400 mark. After almost 20yrs the price finally pushed us out of there parks. Now Universal gets our money
I would love to have passes. The wife and I love Disney.

Do something besides Disney. Universal, sea world, Tampa and bush gardens, lowery park zoo, the aquarium is an hour away. Place called wonder works in Orlando is a blast if you're into science. Man Orlando has 2 or 3 malls, decent food. For god sakes man, 10 days straight at Disney and I would be bored to tears! Even as a kid.
Nope. Even if their new park was called "fluffer town". I'd still stay away.
Never had Disney passes when we lived in Orlando. We did have Universal passes for about 8 or 9 years until they jacked up the prices and created the 3 tiers.
I will agree those places are fun when you are close enough to go at the drop of a hat. And yes drinking around the world is the best Disney ride although it is a pretty pricy one and it includes a hotel room since driving home is out.

Since we're going to be there for 14 days, and only have a 10 day pass, we'll definitely have to do other things. Probably take a day trip to Daytona Beach. My boys would love to see the track, and all my kids love the beach. May do Universal or Sea World, but a one day ticket is expensive. We're renting a townhouse which has a real nice community pool, so that helps a lot.
You'd think the kids would get bored after 10 days at Disney, but nope. We were last there in 2010, and we had a 10 day pass. While we got to see everything the kids wanted, they were still very sad when it was time to leave. They were little then (6, 3, 3). Now that they're older and can all really understand what's going on, I'm sure they'll be even more hooked.
Check out wonder works then, if I recall correctly its on international drive. Big upside-down building, hard to miss. All kinds of interactive science experiments and projects, like three stories of it.

Me too. We went once, for a weekend, that was pretty much all expenses paid thanks to DD#1 having won a national contest with the finals in Disneyworld. I still didn't think it was worth the money. Guess I just never caught that bug.
