Glad you're okay. I've always been taught to avoid wooly caterpillars for just this reason, but had gradually come to believe that was just childhood stories. Thanks for the refresher.

Read up on these bad-boys: Tarantula wasps (aka Tarantula "Hawks"). Female gets preggers, DELIBERATELY picks a fight with a Tarantula, stings it to make it immobile, drags its paralyzed ass to the nearest hole in the ground, lays eggs inside the zombie host's body, seals up the entrance and flys off. Keep in mind the spider is still alive. Next step: the baby bad-ass eats their host alive until they are ready to come out of the hole.
