Cute little bugger. Is he named after the Hoosiers character?

With Wally, he probably named it Ollie because it sounds like Wally, and thus he won't forget the dog's name. Much.
Oh look, it's Wally and Ollie!
The wife had it narrowed down to Zeke and Ollie. Zeke didn't really fit. Or he was named after a Lt Colonel if my inlaws ask.

Wally,
Our dog Maddie is also a white & black cocker spaniel.
Great dogs, loyal and loving.
That dog needs a GRM sticker!
There's a mistake in the thread title. It should be "I haz a dog."

Typing like that makes me want to kick my dog.
But I won't, because he's the best dog in the world. He's now 13 years old, as the graying shows.
I grew up with a black cocker spaniel. She was a great dog.

We have a new Airedale puppy. Sleep deprivation is cheeper than beer
My Mom has hinted for years that she would like a dog. The criteria that my parents have set pretty much means if she gets another one it will be like the Cocker I had as a child: a solid black male given to us by 2 little old ladies moving into an apartment that didn't allow pets.
