Congratulations!
Everything in moderation.
Then again, I'm 6'2" and 265. Taking weight advice from me would be like discussion your drug problem with your dealer.
Congrats? Not sure if you were trying to lose weight or where you are in regards to healthy body fat levels.
How are you losing the weight? I mean I hope you're not on the air and water diet. Drinking lots of water helps and is good for you. Depriving yourself of foods isn't the greatest idea, you crave and then you end up binging. I'm sure you already know this, it's much better to change your eating habits and wean yourself off the bad stuff to where it tastes horrible and makes you feel terrible after eating it, which will curb future cravings.
But... if you work out and are active enough to burn more than your maintenance calorie count, you can have some of the bad stuff in moderation.
Working out twice a day the other week when I took some days off work made me freaking ravenous. Of course now I'm not doing two a days I've had to adjust and my food requirement has as well. Chocolate is still my weakness.
I took off 72lbs this way, and have kept it off. I drive 12 hours a day so exercise is limited, all my loss has been dietary and I am not ever hungry.
It works

I eat paleo (almost atkins) and have stayed about the same weight for the last few years, eating eggs/bacon every morning, and beef/chicken/fish with veggies for lunch and dinner. If you go this route, make sure you eat enough fat!!
Also, grats!
When I retired from the army and got a cube job, I went from 180 to 225 in a couple years. I'm 5'11". Cholesterol started going up so I changed my diet. Started eating a little better, no chips - fruit instead, no bagels for B-fast - alternate yogurt and toaster strudel and cut back on the sweets but didn't stop eating. I like sandwiches, burritos and such. Lost 25 pounds. 200 lbs was easy to maintain and stayed like that for several years. Recently pegged as being pre-diabetic so diet change again. Basically very similar to the Atkins but I get to splurge once in while. Glucose levels went back to normal without pills or shots and lost about 17 pounds. First time going back to the doc the nurse weighed me, entered my weight into the computer chart then took me to a couple different scales and re-weighed me. Told her that yes I had lost weight, she said good, thought all the scales were wrong. About 5 more pounds and I'll be back to my army weight. People at work even noticed the weight loss. All my pants are now a bit baggy.
Point is, you don't have to starve to lose weight or keep weight off, just find a healthy diet and stick to it. You'll feel better. I have more energy now which SWMBO doesn't care for.
Do miss sandwiches though. Work lunch used to be a lean pocket and a bowl of fruit, now a lean cusine meal and a bowl of fruit. Breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal and a yogurt. Dinner is sometimes a salad with meat (chicken or lean beef) or sometimes a chicken breast or lean steak w/veggies. Healthier meals in moderation, not hungry either.
I'm at 215 fully dressed on the work shipping scale.......and. I went rock climbing today, my hands and wrists hate me right now.
Good Work!
I went 3 months without caffeine. It does suck. I'm still off soda/pop for the most part (multiple cans a day to maybe once a week). I drink more coffee now however.
Nice. I need to drop a good bit myself.
I second the weening your self off bad food. I had some fried chicken yesterday and I have felt horrible for 12 hours now. I just can't handle stuff like that anymore.

Good job! I've been back down to what I feel is a good weight for me, about 40lbs down from around this time last year. I didn't fully realize the difference it made until the other day when I carried a 37lb box of kitty litter upstairs.
I could feel the extra pressure on the soles of my feet...I said to myself, "Holy E36 M3, I used to weigh this much!".

Sometimes it does, for me, sometimes it doesn't. It's the sugar. It makes me feel odd. And no, I don't like sweet junk food either.

Try running a bit- I bet you'll find it's a lot different going for a run as a 195 pounder than 275. I started a couple years back and it's addicting- don't set goals, just get outside for an hour and put one foot in front of the other (you can bike too). Look at pretty girls and know that they are looking back at you.

Is it best eaten in a canoe?
FYI
Mānuka honey is a monofloral honey produced in New Zealand and Australia from the nectar of the mānuka tree. It has in vitro antibacterial properties, but there is not conclusive evidence of benefit in medical use.

Def congrats then! Doing it all by diet is damn impressive. Especially as we get older it gets harder. Maybe experiment with different foods to find what satiates your hunger and meets your caloric requirements. I keep a bag of almonds or pistachios nearby my desk, it helps.
I'd ask you to reconsider working out, it doesn't have to be going to the gym, anything to build up a little muscle (which will use more calories while working out as well as doing the normal things throughout the day which = you can eat a little more) and to get your heart rate up. Hiking, biking, walking, chopping wood, swimming, etc... something?

The only reason I'm running right now is for the plethora of car parts if I can get to 30 minutes straight. Well I thought that at first anyway but damn it's addicting (promised parts help too.) I have a hard time going to bed if I don't run that day, oddly I've tried this multiple times before but the Runners World Run Your Butt Off plan is the first one I've found that actually works for me.
