Who is going to get one of the current vehicles for LeMons?
Would that be awesome or what?
a lot of room for logos !
is there a special Auto trans for these ?
The Stop and Go all day must be hard on the transmissions.

3spd auto, but it's an S-dime chassis and 2.2 so NV1500 swap it

How did I not know it was a s10 chassis until now?!!?
So many possibilities. Pro-stock deliveries. I thought I wanted a mini truck but maybe I was wrong...
I'm not sure why but I want to take the top off one, in a Jeep way, like a tongue-in-cheek 4xshopping mall.
Or maybe a bastardized mid-engine. Or both.
I won't, mostly because I work way too much and my garage is full but the want is there.

Don't you tell me what bad ideas I don't want. I'm (allegedly) an adult.

4wd rear end (wider). 2wd front end. From what I understand, it's not a square footprint
How can you NOT want one of those?! So many possibilities! And I imagine they will be going for a bargain.

All im hearing is an excuse for longer front control arms and flares. It might look funny but we won't know for sure until we try.
S10 chassis means some circle track parts interchange right? And LS swaps should be fairly straightforward?
If you've ever driven a four cylinder s10 and thought "I wish this was slower and worse in every conceivable way" then these are pretty much the ticket. But yeah, I actually do kinda want one, too.

I had a 2.2 5-spd. I loved it. Would have loved it with a 2.0T-6-spd from the Sky redline or Solstice GXP in there....
If memory serves me correctly, they don't have a VIN and cannot legally be privately owned. (or registered and plated at least)
One or two exceptions may exist but if your waiting for big volumes of mail trucks to be released into the wild via surplus auctions, that ain't happening.
