... the Beardsley Zoo has a Lantern Festival until the 1st week of December. Bought tickets and had reservations for 6:30, this spreads out the crowding. Went really smooth. The lanterns are a wire frame with a (plasticized paper?) stretched over it. Runs I think, Sept - Dec every year. Try to imagine the work in just setting this stuff up.
