A Buffett song broke out in my head when I saw Hank Snow's name.
"The Wino and I Know" if you don't know Jimmy's catalog.
I've made it to most of the listed USA places... none in CA (hopefully that won't change) couple places in Canada, but none of the others outside the us. Still, a large percentage of the the song. And just as many towns not mentioned!
I've always heard the song credited to Hank Snow, although probably heard Johnny's version first.
