Got word from Maryland that I'm licensed for cultivation and processing now, ironically meaning that I'm now a privately held MSO with my involvement in the Alaskan market. I'm taking a gamble on holding off on building out for 2025 in Maryland until December as regulations may be changing in a manner that would make having a location closer to 95 desirable.

Congrats in order!

We live down the road from Trulieve in Quincy Florida.  Massive facility, lots of employment, lots of security.

Thanks, in the last week we've harvested our first year of Alaskan soil grown and acquired licensing in Maryland. It's been exciting but a whirlwind.

I couldn't have done it without the Tsimshian people and tribal council of Metlakatla. Joe, Dana and Damen and the cultivation crew up in Palmer. They're really the ones who made the largest soil grow ever in the state of Alaska a reality this year.

😂🤣😂 Absolutely, we actually have Ursack making custom stash bags to sell with 100% of the proceeds from their sales to go to purchase private land and mineral rights to be put into land trust to preserve Alaskan resources. This direction was initiated after we lost nearly two dozen plants when a grizzly sow and her two cubs went for a romp through some of the girls during vegetation. We're encroaching on their land, and while we don't intend on reducing our footprint, we realize that we have to come up with solutions to be good neighbors to those around us.

Does my dumb brain recall correctly that you used to be in the Brewing/Beverage industry?  Loooooots of folks making the jump from beer to cannabis, I'm curious about your experiences.  Not that I want to get out of beer just yet, but I am curious because it seems that theres a decent amount of procedural and professional overlap.

Also, Congrats!  Getting licensed is the hardest part of the whole gig I bet.

Yes, brewing and distilling, I still do some distilling; and create some infused offerings that wouldn't be legal to sell anywhere as they entail things that must be packaged, distributed and sold separately.
