Well, many of you read my last post about my wife's engine taking a crap. If not, a quick summary. The engine took a crap under the factory warranty and a new engine was at least 6 weeks out. Chrysler didn't want to give us a loaner/rental car and I was none-to-happy.

Well, I have called Chrysler many times and have been able to get a rental for tor 5 days at a time. I wasn't satisfied because it's a hassle to call every 5 days and hope to get 5 more days and it burns up 4 hours of cell phone munites a month. So, I got the e-mail addy to the prez of Chrysler Customer Service and wrote him a letter. Within 3 hours the dealer called and told us Chrysler has extended the rental van untill we get our van back.

I'm very happy now and feel Chrysler has gone a long way to keeping decent customer service, at least in my eyes.

With the way everyone is hurting.. I guess they are learning customer service the hard way

Chrysler should be doing anything and everything to make anyone and everyone associated with them happy.

Good to hear your improved situation. I really hope that Chrysler comes out of this greater mess intact and having learned a leason. It sucks being a fanboy yet seeing that most of their new stuff is E36 M3.
