I currently work at Lowes and deal with this kind of crap all the time. I especially hate the people that open the ziplock bagged fittings on the side or bottom, destroying the packaging; the fittings then fall out through the racking, getting mixed up with other fittings, and are a total pain to re-package and sort. A LOT of the returns cashiers don't give a crap about stuff being missing when returned(items which should go back to RTM for parts replacement), and it comes back to me, which I then take back up to them, show them what was missing/wrong, and have them give me a slip for RTM on the spot. Some people just don't care, but I don't want to walk into a store, buy something, and then find it to be missing parts or broken.

It was given to my by a co-worker who apparently didn't know anything or didn't want to have anything to do with mixing oil and gas. Other than the crappy head that I replaced with an "Ugly Head", it starts easy and meets my needs. That said, when it needs replaced I will buy a Honda. http://powerequipment.honda.com/trimmers

I'm a big fan of Honda, but I looked closely at these and honestly they don't compare to the Stihl trimmers.

Everything's in the wrong place, yet somehow it works?

I thought he meant overpriced and massively expensive to maintain and repair
