I'm gonna try it! I have a quart mason jar in the fridge with about 2.5 ounces of coarse ground beans. Seems like a Borkload of coffee for that amount of water. I know the result is a concentrate.
Hints? Suggestions? Care to share your cold brew experience?
We use a Toddy set up. Does a great job!
Certainly interested, even if I'm no coffee nerd.
Unrelated, but my latest mind blown moment came yesterday, when I found cold brew k-cups. Apparently, these have concentrated cold brewed liquid rather than grounds.

I love a good cold brew ... people go anywhere from 1 part coffee ratio to 9 part water all the way up to a 1 to 3 ratio ... I'd just experiment a bit with it to see what you think is good
I just load it up like normal and put my whole French press in the fridge overnight. Press in am for cold brew. What I don't drink goes into a mason jar for day two.
I gotta quit reading these coffee threads. I'm gagging at the thought...
To try and kill off a regifted bottle of Salted Carmel Baileys, I made cold brew decaf and added some random Irish whiskey that wasn't too costly. I used decaf so it wouldn't keep me up later. Was pretty nice.
