I just drained the oil out of my Toyobaru's FA20 to start the inspection of the viton oil baffle flaps with an endoscope. The drain plug had this much ferrofluid on it, I'd guess the total volume is about 60mm^3, is this anything to be worried about? I didn't see any actual chunks or shreds of metal in it, it all wiped off like gray ink.

I'm not metric certified but I think you need to correct that 60mm^3 measurement.

I meant cubic millimeters, so if you mushed it into a cuboid around 4x5x3mm.

Edit: That's 0.06cc, or in Freedom Units that would be 0.00367ci or a bit less than a particularly tiny corn kernel cheeky
