What car?
With most cars, all that happens is that annoying low pressure idiot light stays on the dash forever until you swap TPMS-equipped wheels back on. With some high-performance cars like the Corvette, the nannies will come down hard unless you have TPMS and the tires at correct pressures, or you have some other way of fooling/shutting down TPMS.
If you have a car that like a corvette that causes bad thing to happen when the sensors are out of range or low, the best bet is to make a pipe bomb. Basically an abs tube with ends capped and a schrader valve. Put the sensors in it. Air it up to the manufacturers specs and keep it in the trunk.
