Im not a Canoe!
Im just checking if anyone has knowledge of getting your prescriptions filled in Canada for much cheaper than in the US, sucessfully.
long story short, my wifes insurance plan got moved to a real flaming turd of a plan, she did not choose it. So 1 prescription went from about 50$ to over 1000$ a month. Looking online it seems the Canadian pharmacies shipping to US is legit, but seems scammy too. Has anyone done this or know for sure if its a scam or legit? I hope its legit since the price they quoted is almost 1/4 of what we are looking at locally.
thanks!

thanks for posting that , I never heard of it before ,
Amazing discounts !
PS; it appears that they only have Generic drugs , no problem with that , but I believe the Original price is the brand name drug , and the discount price is for the Generic drug ,
So it is comparing Apples to Generic apples.....ummm or something like that.....
My urologist gave me a flyer for a Canadian pharmacy that he trusted in case I needed Cialis after my prostatectomy. So I guess some of them are legit.
And I must say that stuff works!!

I have never used it but saw an article last week and saved it for my parents in case it was something they could take advantage of.

Care to share that pharmacy? I'd like to look for my wife's antidepressant.
And, good to hear that "that stuff works!", because I just started on an antidepressant for the first time in my life, and luckily after the initial two weeks of feeling zonked out (and my doc told me I needed to give it at least 2 weeks), it seems to be working, but it also seems to have only one noticeable side effect... Talk about surprising and disappointing, and it was literally an overnight change. I've got a followup tomorrow and I will be asking to either change antidepressants or go on "that stuff"...

As a long time user, yes, it hits quickly and does not improve with time. However, with an understanding partner, it beats the alternative. At least for me.
Using Canadian pharmacy was as simple as getting a script from the doctor, dropping it off at a local place, and then receiving a cool box from India.
When we actually got to travel to India, one of the places we went through was, literally, the center of India. Which was where my pills were postmarked from. I googled the street view of the address and when we drove past the building I loudly exclaimed "That's where my dick pills come from!!!"
My wife was not thrilled and most of the rest of the van's passengers were confused.
Anyway, probably TMI...

Luckily, my wife has been on antidepressants for most of our 13 years together, so she is very understanding.
Marc Cubans price for cholchicine so good.
Retired pharmacist here.
I've never had any experience with a Canadian pharmacy. A very large percentage of our drugs (especially generics) are made in India and China. Lots of precursor chemicals for US manufactured drugs come from India & China. US drug prices are insanely high compared to those in many other countries & if you have insurance, PBMs berkeley you over every way they can.
It seems that in the US, retail pharmacists, especially in chain pharmacies, are over-worked,stressed and constantly distracted to a dangerous level It was that way when I retired & seems to have only gotten worse.
Having said that (and I could say a lot more), I'd have no problem using a Canadian pharmacy.
does the Canadian pharmacy have the drugs in stock ?
or is it just acting as a middleman for an Indian generic pharmacy ?
And what are the US Customs / Postal rules ?
I have heard of people having problems bringing drugs from a Mexican pharmacy into the USA by car or walking back across the border.
Thanks for the info

From my limited understanding, the "Canadian pharmacy" is just a middleman. My doctor had no issue with giving me a script so I could give it to the pharmacy. The box from India had some sort of export stamp on it, but U.S. customs or USPS doesn't care. It's easy and legit.
Hey! Update to this, the Canadian pharmacy deal worked great as you all reported. Wife tried it with a cheaper med and it worked. Then did the pricey one and blammo it worked great. That 2nd transaction saved 2400$ of out of pocket cost for a 3 MONTH SUPPLY. What a rip.
i think the one we used was www . Can adian phar macy . Com. I puposely spaced it to not have the website as searchy to bots.

Jeez, I just checked two of my prescriptions and they are one third of my co-pay.
