So apparently the newest trend of Brodozers is LED light bars. That's all great and everything but they are meant for off road use, not driving in traffic blinding everyone in the opposite lane.
I've probably seen 6 in the last few weeks, but this week so far there have been three. Two different Raptors and one Super Duty Ford.
I really hope the police crack down on this because those lights are blinding.
They don't crack down on people blinding people with high beams or up pointed fog lights
I don't see why this would get their attention either.
There is a thread for when there is only a small amount of sand in your vagina.

They will crack down. My friends used to use their KC Highligthers on the road.. Until the tax man gave them a summons.
Yeah sucks but the likely reaction by authorities will be to pass a law banning any lighting modification other than what is sold by the manufacturer as options.

No.. These lights are already banned from road use.

It's funny that you say that, but every time I post in that thread, it seems that my rants always get passed over because no one responds.
This is more effective.
Around here, if you own a JKU it must be a requirement to have a bar above and below the window, and as many LED cubes as you can fit on your bumpers.
Admittedly I used to have some 6" KC knock offs on the bumper and window hinges of my TJ, but I only used them on road when warranted...
I have two 6-led "cubes" on my Samurai (in place of the old-school fogs you can see in my rides pics). I don't use them on the street, except to punish douches driving towards me with other illegal lighting mods on and refusing to turn them down after many high-beam flashings. I hope it helps them see how annoying that is.
Edit: Haven't seen anyone using them on the street though, the ghetto HID kits are still the most common scourge.
They're no different than other auxiliary lights other than, on average, they're more effective. I can throw some photons with the twin Hella 4000s on the front of my truck, too.
Misuse of this extra light is as old as extra lights.
