I've purchased cars with clothing inside. Immediately went in the trash. No sorting, searching or sniffing.
Just claim the panties came from GamerGirl or someone similar, then turn around and sell them to some neckbeard for $100. I mean, she made a ton of money selling small cups of her (supposed) bathwater for like $35 each. If people are dumb or creepy enough to buy it, I say go for it. $100 would go a long way towards a challenge budget.
