I read this earlier today and was sad to see that one of the oldest car enthusiasts passed away from a head injury she sustained after a fall while at charity car tour in California. She still drove her 1930 Packard 740 around and had quite the history with cars.

Sad to see such an enthusiastic person at that age pass in such a crappy way.

That is unfortunate. A friend and I were talking about her the other day.

What an unceremonious end to an amazing woman. seeing her on a couple episodes of Chasing Classic Cars and seeing how sharp she is was really cool. I can only hope I'm still rowing my own gears to the very end like she was.

Lets hope her cars go to a worthy and appreciative owner.
