Cliff's notes: Semi tries to avoid dipE36 M3, gets sucked off the road and up the embankment goes airborne. Him and his son taken to hospital for minor injuries.

It's easy to say that. I have thought myself it would have just been better to hit the moron and let it be their fault. But instinct kicks in and the whole idea of self-preservation and you just naturally do what you can to avoid an accident.
More like a NASCAR post-race interview. Remember, it's Greensburg so they write the stories like their readers can understand.
He cleared the entire berkeleying lane and almost cleared the Median. That is the most amazing thing I've ever seen
What was on the trailer, full propane tanks? That looked like a lot of fire on the backend. I glad the injuries were only minor.

the back wheels of the truck itself cleared the median and landed about in the middle of the first lane on the other side- looks like a solid 75 feet or so of air... that's impressive.. the trailer didn't go as far because it was loaded with whatever made that spectacular fireball..
So, the brakes don't work on your truck? To get that thing off the ground, he had to still be going full speed with foot on the throttle. Someone swerves into your lane and you just drive off the road without slowing down? Something doesn't add up. It appears the fireball starts when the cab comes down, the fuel tanks get destroyed, and a small fire starts, but doesn't get going until the truck is rolling down the other side.
