When I was a child, my grandfather used to take me to the Greek diner his friend owned. I still remember the roller towel in the bathroom there. And the hamburgers were really good.
I hate hate hate all electric hand dryers. None work worth a damn, and some are borderline OSHA hazards with the noise they make. If a bathroom has no hand towels I will use a bunch of wadded up TP, or, of they have them, some toilet seat protectors. Because, berkeley 'em, I'm using a dead tree product to dry my hands, as God intended.
