The first turbine, No. 50, was built by Alco-GE in 1948 and was tested extensively on UP in 1949.
844 was a steam locomotive. And is still in used as a tourist attraction. Big Boys are a larger version. One is call 4014
But the Turbine ones are also called Big Blows with 8500 HP.
