The pictures were picked up by a local parody page. As near as I can tell the actual "speedboat" shenanigans were filmed down in Florida. It certainly wasn't in Lexington KY.

In the Witcher book 'The Last Wish' there is a short story, "A Grain of Truth", that is based on the story of beauty and the beast. It touches on this and how he never had any unwilling partners of any of the young maids that were sent to reside with him.
