I suppose people don't figure that parts delivery may be a 24hr or longer affair depending on where it has to come from... or that people can't drop everything to do 10h worth of work after authorization was given at 1pm and there are six other vehicles ahead of them in priority.

It gets even more entertaining when the quote they were provided with six months ago when they first had it looked at told them the parts were a 2-3 day lead and they didn't call ahead to order (or even schedule)
