No matter how insulting, words are generally not considered assault. So, assaulting (or assault and battery) on someone because of that is very likely a criminal act. You MAY not get prosecuted for it, but it's almost certainly illegal:
Words, without an act, cannot constitute an assault. For example, no assault has occurred where a person waves his arms at another and shouts, "I'm going to shoot you!" where no gun is visible or apparent. If threatening words include action indicating the perpetrator has the ability to carry out a threat, an assault has occurred.

Definition of Assault
Threats of violence and other threatening actions (e.g. spitting on someone) can be assault. Those words are very arguably a threat of rape. Sure he was probably just a stupid 13 y.o. kid, and he probably wasn't serious and thought he was just being clever. But that doesn't make it not a threat of violence.
Either the kid meant it and got what he deserved...
Or the kid didn't mean it and learned that threatening rape is not a joke.
Sounds like a case of:

At a bare minimum, he gave instructions to the world on how he would like to be treated. Cant be mad about the results of that.

Yesterday I had no idea how ->Blatantly POLITICAL<- the original post by Pete was. Now that I have read through more related content elsewhere I would have avoided it completely. I'm not here to argue with people from another mindset.

They ordered a Chihuahua cake. What do you think of the results?
I think I worked on this dog last week.
In reply to AAZCD-Jon (Forum Supporter) :
Because a figure that shows up on the outskirts of some political discourse says something does not make a statement political. If they state a political belief, obviously thats political
However if they say something that directly fights against bodily autonomy, individuality, personal safety, and the pursuit of happiness, thats not political. Thats someone being a clown.
Politics, like many other buzzwords, get thrown about too much when things go south.
Anyways, here's wonderwall.

My wife's friends rescue Chihuahuas.
They have to be the most evil, bulgey-eyed little freaks in the dog world.
I'm tired of people being frightened of giant breed dogs. Yeah my Great Dane has knocked me off my feet and I landed so hard I couldn't breathe, but she never bit me in the face.

Dachshunds always worry me. People treat them like toy dogs that don't need to be taught manners. But they are big enough to do damage and mean enough to fight badgers.
In reply to ShawnG :
Our dogs range in size from a 6-pound Chihuahua to a 78-pound Shepherd. If I had to pick one, I'd take the Chihuahua. They are so much easier to take care of in every way and just as loving and fun.
We have friends with Danes. They are great big lovable pushovers who think they are lap dogs but damn they can be a pain on a day-to-day basis. A 50-pound bag of dog food lasts a week. Then the piles of crap they deposit are almost as big as Miya. I don't want to work that hard.
