My cousin had someone help her with rotating her tires on her Mustang.
Somehow the dumbass put the "open" lug nuts on backwards.
She doesn't know any better so she proceeds to drive on them as part of her job as a Social Worker with an org that helps Native American kids. So lots of driving.
She finally complained about the noise on FB and I point out that not only is that really berkeleying wrong, but also truly dangerous. The tire shop she took it too wouldn't touch it since the wheels were all tore up.
So yeah, there are some truly bad ass people out there rolling on absolutely dangerous E36 M3.

Slightly related: Next time you are out and about, look at how many vehicles on the road are missing at least one lugnut. Often you will see some that are missing one on each wheel (likely a locking nut cut off). Sometimes more than one on a single wheel.
Its staggering and I am not exactly sure how it happens.

I've seen that on brand new to the person cars. I'm like I know it was a buy here pay here lot but really how could they not make sure the wheels would stay on.

Quite inflammatory. Not sure if I hate it or love it. Possibly the edgiest meme in the thread.

I've seen many many cars listed for sale on those lots without lugnuts on them. Again, usually because there was a lock. Shocking that they don't go through the minimal effort to put another lugnut on. The same place will assure me the car is safe and passes a [insert number] point inspection.
