Can the job physically be done? No? Hard stop, no need to go on.
Can the job be done at a profit? No? Then there is no reason to do it.
Can the job be done safely? Safety 3rd because if the first two answers are no, safety is not needed.

Sometimes the job can't be done safely and you do it anyway. Sometimes the job can't be done for a profit and you do it anyway. Sometimes it just can't be done and you do it anyway.
History is replete with the names of people that did it anyway. Personally I think the human race is better for it.
