Lessons from the distilling industry. Ohio is right across the border from Kentucky, but only has a fraction of the distilleries. Because the laws are different. Probably because Kentucky knows how futile it would be for them to try to enforce things like sane fire regulations.

This is a Rickhouse/Rackhouse. It is made of a wood interior, filled with flammable spirits (>120 proof), hot as balls, and has no fire suppression system.
