The stay at home part is great but how about we drink water. We both actually prefer it.
Other than the honking, which would get on my nerves if I lived in the city, this seems to be pretty on spot.
I know I've been eating an occasional Big Mac since the late 70's. What was it packaged in? Who cares? I couldn't tell you what the one I ate last week was packaged in.
You didn't have to be eating them at the time to know when McDonalds discontinued the Styrofoam packaging. I remember it being a fairly big deal.

I remember that every chain link fence within a block or two of a McDonald's would be plastered with discarded clamshells that the wind had blown there.
Nostalgic for them but also good riddance.

They serve 69 million customers per day worldwide. I'm pretty sure the impact of the waste they generate is still pretty significant.
Just because it isn't stuck in the fence doesn't mean it's a problem solved.
I remember when everything at McD's was prewrapped on a shelf behind the cashier so they could just grab it and put it on a tray. You know, "fast food".
Now it's assembled "fresh". It's still garbage but now I gotta wait for it.
