I watched the first Fast and the Furious movie and it almost made me hate cars.

Yes, they are old English people.

They always said it starts at 50. They were right.
I may be the only person I my age group that has not seen any Fast and Furious movie or any Star Wars movie after the first one.

50?! Oh E36 M3! I'm already having that problem and I'm only 48!
Every winter, I set up a dozen mousetraps around the garage. Today was that day. As I attempt to place the loaded traps on the floor, I become that Tourettes Karaoke guy for about an hour.
As I stood in line to buy my calorie reduced vitamin water this morning, I judged the guy in front of me with a nos energy drink, a pack of smokes and a bag of Twinkies.
I felt like doing the Church Ladies "superior dance".

I'm all out of give a berkeley at my old job. I'm just soaking the time clock this week. New job starts Monday.
I just had breakfast the Scottish Highland way. Eggs, toast, oatmeal, bangers... and a pint of malty red ale. At 8AM.
I had new tires put on the 850 today. Between that, the A/C compressor, and timing kit. I think I've officially spent more on the car than what it's worth.
I took the Subaru back from my wife. I'm already looking for sway bars, headers, and stereo upgrades. And tint.
All for a car I will beat to death at work.
Also, got another bite on the drivabeater. Part of me hopes he flakes. He's talking fly and drive.
This came up on the radio while I was flipping channels in the car on the way to a doctors appointment. I was rocking every second of it.
I didn't either ..but then my go to music is old time country/'50's/60's rock-n-roll/bluegrass ... so I didn't listen to much/any of his music anyway

Like anybody with a career spanning the better part of 50 years, some of it is amazing, some of it is awful.

I had great luck nailing the traps to scraps of 2x4s. So each trap has its own chunk of 2x4. It has three benefits: 1) easier to place without risking your fingers or setting off the trap, 2) the mouse has to step up to get onto the trap so it's more likely to snap the neck rather than grab a leg or something, and 3) if it does grab a leg the mouse can't move the weight of the 2x4 so he's less likely to drag it off to somewhere you can't reach to then rot and smell up the place.
