Jesus. I do NOT understand the egotism behind the hate of minivans.
Minivans are okay, it's the lazy people who drive them who are bothersome.
It is like face and knuckle tattoos. Not bad in themselves, but the people who want them tend to make bad decisions.
My issue is mini vans is that we dont get the baller japanese vans
I would 100% rock a Hiace

I haven't had time to sit down and watch F1 qualifying today and between bartending tonight and mother's day tomorrow, I'm not sure I'll be able to until after the race is over!
I was forced to watch a few minutes of MLS while picking up dinner tonight. How does anyone watch this garbage? One team almost scored because NO LESS THAN THREE players on the other team were faking injury trying to draw a penalty. When no penalties were forthcoming, all three had miraculous recoveries and proceeded to chase the play downfield.

Lexus sells a luxury minivan in the Asian market. It makes sense, at least to me. But, my God, the styling. If you thought USDM Lexus products had a terrible corporate face, this thing will give you nightmares.

That is terrifying! Ive been up since midnight, definitely not closing my eyes again after seeing that thing.
Berk it, back to the garage, about to fire the smoker up early, biggest issue is I put Pantera on and I want to crank it but it's 430 am and SWMBO will not be amused. Turned down the bass and I'm at about a 6 but it's just not the same when you can't feel the shred.
And we hit domination and it doesn't feel like Vinnie Paul is kicking me in the ass . Time for headphones.

In person the Toyota Highlander really does remind me of a Cylon.

That's the price that you pay, in the end.
Rant: I may have accidentally bought a 1993 WRX. I don't know which one of my cars I will have to give up to make room for it.
Apparently some bozo who awfully looks like me ordered a pair of nice Cibie H4 headlight housing for his Miata, but forgot to order some actual H4 bulbs.

how the title i sent to BoxheadTim has traveled to him. Swannanoa, NC > Greenville, SC > Columbia, SC > Harrisburg, PA > Camp Hill, PA > Harrisburg, PA > Finally at his post office.
The part where it took a couple of days' vacation in Camp Hill, PA was especially impressive.
I keep seeing cool/interesting/neat/awesome cars for sale and want them.
But I have 6 cars already (about to drop to 5) which do all the things I need.
When I had no money it was easier to say “cool car but I can’t buy it”. Now I have money and want to stay that way so it’s “cool car but I won’t buy it”.
Much harder.
In reply to KyAllroad (Jeremy) :
That is precisely where I am at. Except I may have accidentally bought a 1993 WRX...
Dammit, this should feel awesome.
Been sick since Tuesday, saw my doc on Thursday and was prescribed an antibiotic I hadn't taken before. Started getting some pretty bad side effects Friday night, including shortness of breath. Was still having it on Saturday, so I call my doctors answering service line to figure out what to do. Verizon says call cannot be completed, number out of service. Checked the offices voicemail 4x to make sure I had correct number. Wound up going to urgent care.
Last straw for this practice. The lead doc made some questionable diagnosis in the past and I was giving the new lady a chance. Nope. Changing tomorrow. That's not OK at all.

Also my current situation. Mrs. Zero's Dad is being the impossibly stubborn old man, her sisters aren't helping, and it's draining her to make sure he has appropriate care. Work has taken a shockingly bad turn due to 7 of 9 employees being unhappy with performance ratings. Sister Zero's jackass sorta BF is a jackass.
And all of us are suffering from Mother's Day blues
This whiskey isn't strong enough.

Sounds like a wise move. We should have moved practices a while before we did and have been much happier since moving.
Unfortunately it's looking like the Dancer is going to have to find a now OBG soon too as the one she's had for a while has been going downhill over the last 6 months. :/
Good start to a E36 M3ty week, wake up, check the paper, see an old friend starting back from the obituary.

Went to dinner with DW and DD#2 last night.
Curbed one of the rear wheels on DW's S60 while parallel parking. The car is not that difficult to see out of, but for some reason it is hard to judge your axis of alignment relative to the environment. I tend to park it crooked in nose-in spaces, too.
But me damaging her car pisses me off.
Got a quote from the body shop of choice in the office to paint my miata top when it comes. $700... berk that. I'll ask an friend that does bodywork on the side how much he would do it for
The next autocross for testing my schedule allows is 3 hours each way of flat towing. I need testing, but thats a really long day. Especially since the meds im on make me VERY sensitive to sun and heat.
Dammit.
In reply to Dusterbd13-michael :
How bad would it be to get it street legal? Or is it already? (For local raod testing, not for driving 3 hours each way to an event.)
Apparently, one of the best body shops in the area takes nearly 5 months to properly identify a water leak post accident, repair it properly, and replace the interior panels. If I point it out on the first, second, nineth visit . . . What the berk you think I will look for on visit eleven?
Fix the E36 M3 right, run a QC before calling us, and we won't have any issues.
