wow... you're not joking. I had to remind myself a few times that it was actual trucks, not stop-action animation shots. Really a cool way of putting a video together
Very cool, should be pretty simple to create, an outer blur type filter and some frame skipping.
I find the demo derby rather entertaining. Crazy Ausi's, it would be like having a demo derby on half a basketball court! It also reminds me of Napleon in Time Bandits:
"I like to see little people hitting each other..."
My God! Its...so...hypnotic. Can't....look....away.
Awesome usage of filters, made it so much more entertaining.
It was done with a tilt/shift lens and time lapse filming.
