Oh, sorry! Yeah, that was pretty unclear! He told me that it would be less of a hit to my rates because it was inclement weather. Now, that was before I clarified that it was my daughter driving, so maybe for a young driver that doesn't make a hill of beans' worth of difference.
I just call it...BS!
The statement about less because of bad weather really comes across to me as false.
Is "extreme weather" in N Kentucky just another Tuesday in Northern Michigan?
