Today something came out of me spicier than it went in, was that it? 
I felt kind of crappy the day after my bivalent booster shot but I was fine the next day. Wasn't as bad as some of the earlier shots I had.

I thought you were going to say you caught it. The fiance caught it again last weekend on her trip to AZ for a family funeral. She got it in Nov 2020, has taken all the shots and boosters, then caught it again. She also has an auto-immune disease.
If they were supposed to activate yesterday, I'm super pissed.

I never took stock in the harmful effects conspiracy theory's. But evidence in my area shows it couldn't have been water. Folks I personally know that got the shots, got covid more than folks that didn't. Unpopular statement, but very verifiable in my little sub set of the world.

Makes no sense purely from a medical perspective on vaccination and infection, but could be something like risk compensation (although risk compensation theories generally turn out to be false, so not likely). Could be that the vaccinated people already spend more time around other people and are constantly at higher risk of infection because of that. Could also be that people who aren't vaccinated are more likely to keep it quiet or not get tested and assume/tell themselves it's the flu.
From my personal experience infection rates tend to be similar among the unvaccinated and vaccinated people I know, but with infinity times more unvaccinated people turned into corpses by COVID19. I've been fully vax'ed and I've avoided it so far...
