Supposedly, my friend helped build a mythbusters set(experiment) about 1.5-2 years ago and the episode will air tonight.... Someone let me know if they do an experiement on how to load an airplane fuselage with people in the fastest way possible tonight. I don't have cable.
Looks like he is right:

No cable for me either...mythbusters is about the only thing I miss.

Cool. Thanks. Anyone know where I can stream it, maybe afterward? i lived with this guy for 3 years.. So.. you know.
Discovery will generally air clips from the show on their website, but for full episodes you have to search around the Internet.

I saw a current episode the other day, for the first time in years. Someone is writing their lines and doing it poorly. All the dialog was stilted. It was spectacularly bad.
Turns out this was the last show of the season, and at the end they announced that it was the last show for Kari, Grant and Tory - for the next season it will just be Adam and Jamie. I'll still watch but it won't be the same without Kari.
Just last week I made a comment about how surprising it is that they've all stayed together for so long. It seemed like an amicable breakup. I wonder if they're spinning them off into their own show?
Lost track of the show over the last few years, but always liked it. Hope they get their own gig of some sort. They are just as much fun to watch as Adam and Jamie. Maybe the shows winding down?

I caught a quick glimpse of him there...

What the berk.

This is pretty much the only show I can say this for, but they are all smart people and will likely end up with good gigs. Not on a True TV show with Danny Bonaduce. Man, Court TV was awesome...

Those three already host other shows. Some pumpkin chucking show and dome other crazy built machines show.
Regardless I figure if they got good contracts with some funds from reruns, they will be fine.
I hate mythbusters. Kerri is hot.
There conclusions are almost always wrong. Sometimes, their assumptions guide them down the wrong path to begin with.
However, it is entertaining even if it makes me want to throw things at the TV.
I'm a scientist and I think that mythbusters is a good thing. At least it gets people thinking, if only for a little bit.

I agree.
The worst that I saw was the penny in an engine test. They had a carb engine and threw the penny on top of the secondaries with it sitting idling. No E36 M3 it didn't do anything.
They just fired Kari, Grant and Tory:

What does everyone think the reasoning might be for a move like this? Cutting budget? Adam and Jamie feeling the "kids" are getting too much press? Thoughts on where they might land after this? I'd watch a show with them in it.
I'm guessing they probably don't have the viewer numbers to support that many hosts anymore?

Nobody has said that they were fired. Had they been, I doubt they would have let them film the little goodbye montage. I suspect that we will see them again in some form on the same network.
Ok, they were let go or their options were not renewed. Still out of a job and that's called "fired" in my book.
I just heard Kari wasn't coming back, didn't realize the others were out too. They were all great, but Kari will be missed the most
