Ive been having a clunk from the rear of my na for a long time. I finally found out what it was. Has anyone seen this before? Just wondering before I dig into it.

The rear side is solid its just the front side thats loose.

It's hard to tell if the bolt is loose in the upright, or in the A-arm bushing. I would suspect it's a bad bushing but you won't know until you dismantle it. I've had 3 Miatas and never experienced that issue. I have replaced all the suspension bushing and that was pretty straight forward.

Watched it again.... I think it's just a bad bushing. Make sure the bolt is a consistent diameter along it's entire length and not worn down where it passes through the bushing.

Time for bushings. Not a terrible job.  Helps to have a press.

Yeah, bushing for sure. That bolt can suck to get out - I've destroyed at least one every time I've pulled the rear lower control arms. Start soaking it in PB blaster now.
