The best cut of beef to me is oxtail, and it's practically bone with some meat on it. Prepared right it is absolutely to DIE for though...so savory and melt in you mouth satisfying. I need to learn how to prepare it...

I much rather real prepared food than processed food... soups have always had the chicken pieces put in whole

I am not what you would call a picky eater...I will practically eat anything. Great to have picky eaters and those who eat like birds around at work though, they will give me what they don't like to eat or just can't eat...love going to Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, Cajun, and Thai places with them...

One of my favorite things about Jamaican food like oxtail, curry chicken and curry goat is that the chopped up bones make it a little treacherous to eat. I like some adventure in my food.
