I think the place is great. I live in relatively close to their distribution center, so I can get most things next day! Apparently they do allow pickups, but I am not that close.
Anyone have any experience with the extended warranty they sell?
The reason I ask is I have a rather expensive Logitech wheel that I bought in December that let the smoke escape (really, smoke started coming out of it). Sadly I was out of the 1 month replacement warranty of New Egg so I have to deal with Logitechs. That is OK, but I am a bit paranoid about the 1 year man warranty running out. Looks like the extended warranty will ship straight from NewEgg, of course I wonder about the processing requirements.
