I have a FREE coupon for $75 off a $500 or more purchase from the Sears Lawn and Garden dept. from now until 5/7. If anyone can use it, just send me a message.

Thanks, but my my 30 year-old Snapper push mower is running just fine. Last week was the first mow of the season (and probably 2 weeks late, in all honesty) after I had done exactly zero "winterizing." That old bastard started on the fourth pull. Granted the blade is dull as an old pencil, the grass was wet and about 14" long in spots and I had to stop and clear the deck about 50 times and it took me 3x as long as a standard mow, but for all my life that thing has never failed to get the job done.

I've seen motorcycle fuel systems go bad in similar time (more like 6-8 months, honestly) so I'm genuinely surprised that my lawn equipment makes it through the winter without needing significant attention.
