I hope to see something like that in person one day.

We could put on our "I heart Mitt" shirts and go to Underground Atlanta.
Looks as if I"m alone, but I found that punch really excessive. There are ways to handle that without treating her as if she's stepped into the ring.
She threw the first one.
The rule is: If someone hits you, hit them back twice as hard.
This isn't reality TV, you want to end the fight? Swing until they stop trying to cause you harm.
That's right. I don't ever advocate throwing the first punch, but if someone (doesn't matter if it's male or female) takes a swing at me first then my reaction would be to do what I needed to do to 1) end it QUICK 2) make damn sure they will NEVER try it again.

"I'm lovin it!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWnLeMV-5PA This motherberkeleyer looked at that piece of ready rod every day talkin about "I HOPE a bitch tries to come across this counter at me!" Lol.Is it wrong that I was just laughing my ass off at that video as I watched it 5 times. Just like the OP video, this video, and the "amber lamps" video, people running there mouth like little thugs do it to the wrong person and get their ass whooped... something their parents should have done a little more of.
Ambalamps was something like 53 years old when he encountered Epic Beard Man on that bus.. i think they tried to do a web redemption on Tosh.0 at some point..
here is a good breakdown of that video- this guy needs to do one on this latest video..

This armed security officer is a pretty good striker.
Throw in a couple power shots and that thug would have been snoozing.
I have conflicted feelings about the original video. One one hand she definitely deserved it but on the other I most likely wouldn't have hit her. I'd have physically restrained her and forced her off the bus but not with a Tysonesque uppercut.
I wouldn't have done it either, which is what makes it awesome. But if I'm motivated to swing, I'm not holding anything back, and I'm sure as E36 M3 not going to try to "restrain" someone, especially little miss scratch and poke.
If someone punches you, and then you punch them back, you both get charged with assault and battery. Doesn't matter who started it, nor if the had it coming. That's the law, sorry.

I think that would be a little worse than a fight...

I believe its more complicated than that (also different in every state). One hit is not as heavy of a charge in Missouri, but from what it looked like, she hit him possibly open handed, and by no means is an uppercut the proper response.
Not a good choice on either of their parts, but it will come down to whatever the judge says and the videos recorded are going to be great for court, so I'm interested in seeing what the results are. We already had our fun arguing law for this week.
Irregardless to law, pretty damn funny IMHO.

I don't know who that guy is but he had me laughing the whole damn video. I will have to subscribe to his channel. I don't think Tosh could touch the hilarity in that video.

Agreed on everything thing you just said here.
Also, as synthetic said. I don't have a problem with the dude getting fired but also maybe getting a simple battery charge, disorderly conduct, or something, but not an aggravated assault. This should not be a felony, but a misdemeanor or a fine seems pretty reasonable. But as far as that chick, I could give two E36 M3s about her. If she got buried under a patio tomorrow, I wouldn't care. I have zero respect for people that act like thugs.... ZERO.
The security guard in the video(off duty) warrants the same punishment as this bus driver. He sure can box though.
Both shouldn't be employed by the company they were working for at that time any longer. Regardless of if it seems like the person deserved it.

In the county I am employed, I have all the power of police while on duty and on property. Off duty, I'm an armed civilian. If I were to get involved in an incident like this to or from work, without being asked to do so by a police officer, I would lose my job (assuming I'm still in uniform).
Once again, different in all counties and/or states.
EDIT: Now that I see that you are talking about the video you posted in the other post (you should have noted that shakes fist) I completely agree. You obviously didn't see the episode that Tosh did on that.
Also: AMLANCE!
