Can't believe no one's posted yet..I must be breaking a forum rule or something.

It was pretty cool this morning, but during the night they made the same mistake American coverage of endurance racing makes-nothing but pitstops & features and one camera pointed at S/F. Looks like the sun's coming up now, tho.
This is the only thing I can find for T&S:

Apparently Radio Lemans.com has the English commentary streaming live here but it won't play nicely on my mac in Safari.

All the cars were sporting GT windshield banners, must have been a sponsor. And yes, the new Scirocco looked sexy on track.

VW went wild this year. After a class 1-2 at the Ring last year, they decided to throw a little experimentation into the mix. They entered five cars. Some were powered by compressed natural gas, and won the "alternative fuel" class (seems the "index of performance" stuff from the 1950s is back). One of the gasoline powered cars won it's class as well.

ok why do they change the dates to this every freakin year. ONe year it's the same weekend as the 24 Hour of Le Mans, the next it's a month before...

Two things.
1. What model of VW is that?!
2. Check out the Gran Turismo banner on the windshield. REPRESENTIN!
Yea if only Gran Turismo was a good.
I see the top ten are posted, but there are a lot of entrants in this event (150+ I think).
I was wondering if there were more complete results posted anywhere?
(I'm wondering how the Aston-Martin team did....their CEO was one of the drivers).

Found it:

"Gesamtwertung" is "overall", "rUckstand" is "interval".
Thanks!
Aston didn't do so well but better than Viper, Ford GT and Corvette.

Naw, I missed it. Couldn't get the hubcentric rings I keeded for the Keskins. Almost just jumped into one of the others and drove up anyway, but the doctor's office screwed up my blood pressure med refill & my girl didn't want me tearing `round mountain roads without it. Where on earth is Forge's headquarters? I wonder if we could just road trip over there and see it. Do they really look as good as they do in the photos?
god, it looks unreal in person!Forge is out of Orlando, real good company. It, ofcourse, was a right hand drive, with DSG
Man, that would look so right next to my Corrados. Then all I'd have to do is find a Mk.1 with no rust!
