Do you think...if he applied for a job...and one of the requirements was "attention to detail"? He wouldn't even send a resume. Just this web link...
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the guy is single.
Impressive set up! I like the car that wrecked into the Coke machine.
People who play with miniatures frighten me a little. That being said, that's berkeleying incredible.
Well, if you're going to do something, might as well go all out. His photography is pretty amazing, actually. I like the way he emulates all kinds of common endurance-racing style photos to scale, a few of those night shots look just like real photos I have sitting on my HD here at work.
In my own experience, the little Lego men were the least-used part of my collection, and I never had much interest in Army men or GI Joe figures, just the vehicles.
Damn iPhone won't let me view flash!!! Other than that I don't think it's that weird. Not like the guy with the Ferrari or the lamborghini in his basement!

Seriously, though..I wish I had the space & dough to do something like that. Nice track.
Yeah, taking pix of the guys 'building' the track is a little over the top. Still, it's a really cool setup!
I suspect he has a fulfilling fantasy life. If it amuses him to take pictures of guys building the track, more power to him.
Quite nice, though the model railroaders tend to make this guy look like a sane part time hobbyist...
Model railroad guys have been doing that for years. It's really cool to see someone go to that level of detail with a slot car track.
That setup is true to life in one respect...There are more people in the garage area than in the stands.
That's absolutely incredible. You can imagine the whole lot coming to life at night once the garage is locked up.
