Lee Valley catalogs are to me now what Victoria's Secret catalogs were to 10 year old me.
I'm sure you can carry lots of fruits and veggies in a canoe

Every time I go home to visit family, I have to go to the Lee Valley store just to touch and play with things. It's a wonderful place.
As for the canoeist's garden production problem, my mother-in-law travels the neighborhood with a red wagon full of zucchini and squash. If people don't answer their doorbells, she just leaves produce on their doorstep. She is the zucchini fairy.
